Chiron Media is a great combination of technical capability and good understanding of teaching methodology. You are on a right track, putting emphasis on the visual and animating sides of your tuition. Since the very beginning, the cooperation with Chiron Media has been warm and friendly and at the same time practical. I would especially like to bring out the well drawn up project plan, which ensured the smooth running of the work and keeping to arrangements. The way communication functioned was very well thought through. You can see from afar, that Chiron Media is a group of people who are real enthusiasts who know what they are doing and enjoy it!

Chiron Media has built a training course in Open Office that is custom built to our needs. They did a thorough job in producing a product that can be used by students as well as the staff.

With this interactive training course one can work independently in a simple and intuitive way. With the rapid development in the software (Open Office) it is a challenge to keep the teaching materials up to date.

Making this e-handbook about the new Estonian Employmnet Contract Act was a new experience for the Estonian Trade Union people – it was our first time to compile web-based learning resources. Due to the expertise of the staff at Chiron Media, their openness and constructive and professional attitude, our collaboration was great and also efficient.

My favorite part of working with Chiron Media was the flexible and personal working arrangements. In any partnership and project there will be halts and crisis, but for the first time in my life I experienced that this did not lead to the project being put aside or neglected. Instead the team looked for solutions without blaming anyone for the situation.

This is how I will remember my cooperation with Chiron Media – lots of devotion and commitment, responsibility for one’s actions and dedication to reaching optimal results. We worked on a fabulous project together. We needed to publish an innovative language teaching program for children who have arrived in Estonia from abroad. I was most impressed by project manager Askos responsiveness and flexibility when offering solutions if we had to change something along the way. Since the financing came from EU funding, the enthusiasm was shadowed by bureaucracy, which took a great deal of energy. In Asko, I saw for the first time the capacity to handle this as a positive challenge and I never heard the usual complaining about the complexity of the paperwork.

We learned a lot from each other during this project. As a project manager I got useful hints about how to arrange my work more economically.

I was pleasantly surprised about CM orientation on win-win solutions, wherever we compared our goals and interests.

Chiron Media are sponsoring Manger Musikklag, the winner of the European Brass Band Championship 2011. After winning the Norwegian Brass Band Championship in 2010 they qualified for the Euopean chanpionship that was held in Montreaux, Switzerland. On April 29^th to 30^th Manger Musikklag competed for the European title along with the top 10 brass bands in Europe. They scored four points more than the previous winners, Cory Orchestra from Wales, who came in second this time. This was the first time since 1989 that a Norwegian brass band won the title, and Manger Musikklag took home three trophies and a 10.000 € prize.

What I remember best is the well-organized communication and collaboration. It was a new experience for me to work with shared documents online – this is something I will be using in my work too. Digital learning has come to stay, so if I ever need more e-learning, I remember working with Chiron Media.
